It's...a Walt Musciano Scientific P-82 Twin Mustang, from an early fifties kit I picked up in the Mid-eighties in Stockholm, Sweden, of all places. I built it for a Scientic contenst a few years ago, never got around to flying it. Just took it off the wall for the first time tonight, hosed the dust off, maybe fly it this weekend.
It has two matched blue anodized Don Garry Special Cox Babe Bees, two Testor's P-51 four bladed props and spinners, and about fifteen coats of hand-rubbed brodak dope....

The weirdness on the finish is water, I had just washed the thing...notice how the water still beads, a good dope finish will do that!

Nice job Easytiger. I'll move it over to the 1/2A forum where it will be most appreciated.
cheers

You have a FAST plane. We built a similarly sized one from Air Trails plans that Walt did for I think twin 19's. BTW Walt is one of the nicest guys on the planet.

Walt's a good friend of mine! As nice a fellow as they come.
It's probably going to be a little fast for a fairweather cl pilot like me. The four blade props should help to hold the thrust down.
