I was wondering if any of you guys knew if Graphite or Aluminum is better for R/C cars. Cause i see some kits with like graphite all around and then there is like teh supreme upgrade kit with a special color aluminum parts. If you guys could answer my question thatd be great cause i havent started racing yet and looking into buying a car.

Ahh. the eternal question.. "which is better ?"
they both have good and bad qualities. Graphite is strong, light and expensive, but it is very stiff and does not give an inch in a wreck, these parts can break. if you use them , put them in low stress areas. (my opinion). If you have the money spread the wealth around the car . your car will be lighter and stiffer ( not recomended for backyard bashing) exelent for racing though.

Aluminum (let me know if your brain is going num :) )
This is a fine product that is good for show and go. But dont get carried away. It works great for low stress areas , Such as battery hold downs, servo horns, shock towers, some screws (low stress) , lower shock mounts, and hub carriers . One thing is once aluminum is bent it stays bent and if you try to fix it it will crack if not break. now dont get me wrong aluminum can work for suspension arms if you plan to race not bash . It is beautifull to look at . I guess it all comes down to ..race or bash... strengh or cash. One final thought , if this is your first car , start small because the upgrades will always be there when you decide you need them.

Have fun and keep the shiny side up!!

Definetly not a problem! The TC3 is a great car and I think you will have tons of fun with driving and hop-up parts.
