Does Hacker reply to emails

I emailed info@hacker-motor.com in English over three weeks ago and
haven't had a response.

I know they're in Germany, but would have thought I'd get some
response by now (the US Hacker distributor suggested I contact them).

This is what I sent them - if anyone has suggestions I'd be glad to
hear it.

Hi,

I'm interested in getting a Hacker BL motor/controller combo (in fact
two of them).

This will go into two identical Tamiya TB Evolution 2's

For the controller, I'm looking at the Master Car Competition
controller.

For the motor, I'm choosing between the C40 7S or the C40 8S.
Can you recommend the best for this 1:10 scale car. It won't be used
for racing, just having fun in carparks etc...
The standard gear ratio is at it's highest at 6.73:1 (Pinion 34 teeth,
Spur 88 teeth), with the gear ratio only going down from there.

Can you please give me the latest pricing for 2 motors and 2
controller with delivery costs to Australia?
Is there a discount for buying two sets?
