Which one is the best for 3D fun-fly training ?
I am not looking for super video screens, but for REALISTIC plane behaviour ? I do not try to play video game but to learn real before I go to real 3D flight ?

Either AeroFly Pro or RealFlight G2. I would tip in the direction of AFP for most realistic post stall flight model, and the most aircraft available for this type of flying. Neither are perfect, but both are good.

Thanks. And what about REFLEX ? I heard that it has not fancy screen but is VERY REALISTIC flying behaviour ?

As far as HELI's go there is no other sim that can compare to ReFLEX. I don't personally own ReFLEX, but I have flown it a few times. I would say it is a more realistic flight and ground handling sim in some ways, and not in others. For 3-d work, post stall flying, I would say that AFP is the best right out of the box, still not perfect, but very good.
As far as not a fancy screen on reflex, The screen shots for the next REFLEX would indicate that it will be the best sim for "eye candy", when it comes out.
If price is at all a consideration, check out www.helihobby.com. I saw that they had AFP for $99 without the game comander, and $119 with.
