RC Yachts

Dear All,
I have spent ages looking for details of small model yachts to build, plans,
hulls etc. with no luck at all.
Plenty of info about rules and regs, but nothing of any use to a prospective
builder.
I know about the Koyosho boats, but I want to build something about the same
size to sail on my local pond.
Can anyone help please?
