You might check out Tamiya's large USS Enterprise 1/350 scale kit.

I have seen people convert that kit to R/C.

Awesome is not a word I would have used

You do not mention scale, many of the Trumpeter kitsets are suitable for RC
with some provided with gearboxes, shafts etc.
