I am in need of a good 26/8 or 26/10. I am thinking of getting mejzlik, but i am wondering what everyone else is using. I do have a 3w80 twin on a 33% edge that is a good 3D plane. I also have a 33% Cap with a 3w80 that flies scale pattern type manuevers. What is the best for both situations?
Thanks,
Todd

There is no such thing as a "best prop". There are however good quality props that when chosen properly can become a favorite on a particular plane for a particular pilot.
Mejzlik and Menz props are quite good, but there are several others out there that are similarly good. I'm not familiar with the power output of the 3W80, but it seems to me a Menz 26x10 might be a good "affordable" starting place.
That said, I know if you give Desert Aircraft a call (dealer for Bolly, Menz and Mejzlik) they will give you a good recommendation on where to start.

I really like the Biela props. These are Carbon fiber painted in the mold (think so). A little expensive but they look very cool. Take a look: http://www.aircraftinternational.com/
The Fuchs props are also pretty nice.
Gerhard has a great selection of leading manufacturers in giant scale props.
BTW, will move this to the Giant Scale forum.
