I'm thinking about getting a new funflyer. I can't decide what to get. Should I get a funtanas with a saito 72 or a ucando with an os 4 stroke? I want to be able to do anything but still a fun to fly plane. Any suggestions welcome.
TIA

I've been drooling over the Funtana add for a while now and my Satio 72 looks so lonely on the shelf.
Carlos.
What have you got for power in yours? How do you think it will do with the 72

It is censored for content. You should see the naked chick on the cowl;)

Don't know why but everytime that I've read this thread all I got was a big grey square for the pic. This time I got aboyt 3/4 of the pic and the bottom is grey.
Got enough to see the airplane though. looks good.
Steve:
how did you redo the top? Did you strip all the top side covering off, or just the trim colours, then add your colours?

The cowl is painted with Rust-Oleum metallic blue with clear coat sealer 1/8'' silver pin stripes. Easy and clean. SL

What clear coat did you use. I have had some problems with clear coat not being very fuel proof with high nitro. The plane looks great. How does the YS .63 pull it.

Clear Kote I used on the Rust-oleum was Top Flite LustreKote crystal clear. When using it spray light it will heat the paint and run if not sprayed lightly and let dry . I caused some blue runs in it when first started using it I almost left it looked like flames drops but it sanded out ok. I have some clear Rust-oleum Lacquer but need to test it to see if it is fule proof It sure beats the hobbie store prices at $3.50 A can. The YS 63 engine pulls it great I am using 30% cool power pattern pro fuel I got for $10 a gallon at my LHS so I stocked up on it. Steve
