Well if it is actually a Mega tech and not a Asian knock off, then it is a very good price compared to Hobby lobby.

If you compare the Transmitter, they look a bit different.

Toy east Shipping from asia for about that price, but they are defintley knock offs.

I would say that is the average sale price for the Knock off.
A couple of people on other BBS say that these run well.
