Ya I bought the plantico blimp and it does a very nice job...just have not found a good way to keep the helium in the balloon..it keeps leaking out..I put tape on the end and that seems to stop the leak...also do you just tape the carrage to the balloon?

that's the case for most, *toy* blimps... For ease of removal, perhaps using small velcro stickers *one part on the balloon, the other on the top edge of gondola* to press fit, *be gentle, the balloon may burst if you press too hard..* and then ballast the gondola with the included clay, *if any* once balloon is properly ballasted, *either hovers, or gently falls, then you're ready to operate toy airship. *thin, velcro strips will also work, stick one part of the velcro strip to the top edge of gondola, *where the flared plastic touches the balloon* and the other to the balloon so it matches up when you gently press the gondola to the balloon. *note* this will add some weight, so maybe try small strips first. as for leaking, you may have a small *hard to see*hole that's causing the leak. if this is the case, go online, *if available* and find the company that makes that particular toy airship. if they sell replacement envelopes, then those are usually around 12 (US) dollars or around there and take about two weeks to ship. *almost any very big mylar balloon or taping two big ones together will work, but, you lose the blimp appearance..

*very slow leaks btw, or *natural* helium leaks are normal for mylar balloons* *all balloons leak helium at known rates, and may begin to look sort of deflated after a period of time, if it's not a leak, but needs a top off, *add a little helium* then take the envelope to a florist or place that sells helium balloons and have them fill it up a little. *till it looks like what it did before* note: Helium will expand during hot weather, and cold weather causes the gas to contract. that also may be the cause. if so, don't add more helium, it'll just cause the envelope to rupture if left in very hot places..
