How do prices of Helis and accessories in Japan compare with prices in the
UK?
Would it be worth asking a collegue to bring a kit back for me?

Indeed it might :-))
Hong Kong prices are a lot cheaper than UK prices Gord, so I'd imagine that
Jap prices are too. If your pal can get his/your purchases through customs
without attracting too much in the way of "dues", then you'll be wuids in.
If not, then it's probably not going to save you a fortune. (if much at all)

Will def be . I got a vertol from ishii mokei in 1997 for approx 650
poundss...
less than half price.
Do a search to find jason chans web page ,he has klisted where all the cheap
japnese shops are.

I just bought a replacement mixing arm set for £5.50. The yen quivalent is
£2.50. Thats retail Yen remember!
Even after tax and shipping...nice profit!
I couldnt find jason Chans web page...but any japanese shop prepared to sell
via the web, postal service, could clean up. probably.
