Double arm sail winch?

Hi gang. I'm looking to buy a double purchase sail winch arm for my Victoria sailboat. Most folks have made them out of aluminum, but my unskilled hands would rather have a machine do it for me. :-) Anyway, here is a link that shows the type of arm I'm looking to buy. Seems hobby shops only sell the single arm sail winch. Thanks for any help!
