Martin,
Great video of the goose takeoff, flight and landing. That right turn on the second time round looked scary (thought you were going for aerobatics :D ) but nice recovery. Must also give you a start when one of the wing floats digs in but the Goose is obviously built to take it.

Hi
I have a slightly scaled down kingfisher which now flies ok except it wouldn't flare out when the engine had stopped resulting in it flipping over on the second flight having removed all the lead from the front, it was diving when throttled back had to put the power back on to land it.
Is your similar and if so what did you do about it?
There seems to be plenty of elevator movment it just dosn't seem very effective.
My thoughts are that the whole tail section needs sheeting and possibly increasing in surface area as it is all a bit flexible.
