I am placing an order with cyberheli for a JR receiver and 8700 tail servo.

I also need 4servos for a graupner scale heli, They have the following servo
on offer for $39.99

JR Propo: Servo DS8201
Servo, digital general purpose, 0.19sec./4Kg, bulk packed

Does anyone know how these compare to uk servos as this one is not available
in the UK. Will I see any improvement using this servo compared to the
standard NES591 ??

Many thanks

I use std 591 servos on a raptor 50 v2 and have no problems at all. I did
however put an 8700G servo on the tail. I am not an experienced pilot but
this set works for my flying around.

Depends on how long down the track you're thinking about. Most off the shelf
budget type servo's will be more than enough for any 30 size heli being used
for learning though, and learning covers everything from yur first attempt
to get air under the skids to getting the heli within a millimetre of the
floor upside down, so I wouldn't be concerened about the servos.
