Check my web site under FMS models. The link was working last time I tried.

Just copy another model's .par file and rename it to your model's name .par.
Each FMS model has several files all with modelname. something.
mymodel.par = parameter file (versions for FMS 2.7 and 2.8)
mymodel.bmp = usually an image map file, i.e. paint for your model
mymodel.x = the DirectX 3D model used by FMS
mymodel.mqo = the Metasequoia 3D model you can edit
mymodel.wav = motor sound file
mymodel_prv.jpg = preview image for FMS when loading models
mymodel_readme.txt = readme comments file
So you can copy .wav, .par files from other models and rename them.

Here's an english version of a .par file. I belive these are 2.7 .par
but it'll still work with 2.8. There are also different .par files
so you might want to load the latest model's .par file.
Sometimes the model won't display , if you need to try out different .par.
You can just copy and past this text into a .par file
Use Notepad to open .par file
