Im going to put floats on my graupner monsun, it has a .30 saito on it. Hydralic lock would do a number on a 4 stroke, oh well, just dont screw up right? hehe

Never had a problem, I've dunked many of them , just shake out the water and fire it up ( avoid salt water completely and bring spare glow plugs)

Just had to pump loads of water out of an ASP 61 and then ran it for a few minutes. Over the following 3 days it was just like before.

Never been a problem. Just make sure not to turn over that motor after it has been dunked. Get it on dry land and take the glow plug out - first thing - remember to do it over something that will catch the copper ring ;-) With the plug out, flip the prop with your finger to drain any water out of the cylinder and muffler.
Trying to turn it over in hydraulic lock may well bend/break the connecting rod.
