WOW, I came over here to log onto another message
board to see how things are here?

looks like some bashing instead of Warbird posting? WOW
thats amazing. I wanted to surf here about planes?

Unless some people change atttitudes about other forums, I guess there is nothing new here to learn?

Great Forum? Genius? More like bashing from the above post?

Todd

p.s. for those interested, I'm not trolling, just wanted to join another forum, and this is the first post I read in the area of my hobby I enjoy.........Warbirds...........nice job

Believe it or not he is serious, I am a genius, all knowing in everything warbirds( ok, thats a bit hard to swallow). Actually Pete (blacksheepthree) is a friend of mine and we fly every Thursday, I have been trying to get him to join and this is his first post. You don't think he is being a little tongue in cheek do you, I mean he does think I am a genius doesn't he,I mean seriously, Tell em Pete. To be honest Pete was amazed last night when he came to RCGROUPS from RCU (which he really liked), he felt at home here so he got a little excited. We will have a great forum too.
What kind of planes are you interested in Todd?
I am building a Clarke 1/4 Spitfire now and a byron Corsair and I am not sure which to finish first so I will go with the one with most interest I think. Blacksheep is just waiting for his Byron so I may wait and let him catch up so we can test them together.I will post some pics tonight of the Spit to see what people think.
Blacksheepthree and I are both warbird addicts so you will fit right in.

Good Luck
Paul

Hey Pete, you do think I am a genius don't you?

Finishing a Saxton/Ziroli Zero.
Maybe build one of my Nosen P51's

Paul,
The plans are Don Smith, and the power is 4 RCV90SP engines with 15.5X13 3 blade Hamilton Standard props.

The props were made by PK Props in Kansas, the kit was cut by Mace Gill, the wheels and brakes are from Glennis, and the wallet is almost empty!!!!

Thanks for the kind words, I hope to get some more photos up soon as I finish sheeting and start to glass the beast!!!!

Todd, got the email and will get on the decals asap.

Blacksheep I am here to surf, not planning on leaving
My post was more in response to the "edited" jab at RCU
from your post:D

I am here to post about warbirds, not gripe about RCU, as I
am still a member there, and have NO reason to leave:D

that being said, thanks, and build on!

Wherever you're from to wherever you're going, Welcome aboard the Ezone you guys! :D Don't care where you came from, just glad you're here. Sounds like you guys have a healthy dose of sarcasm mixed liberally with a few shots of good humor......you're going to fit in great here!

Hey Toddy. You can pay my thread a visit. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=615484&page=34#post7800428

It's a little different than the one that you are familiar with.
