Smartech parts??

I bought a Smartech Magic Wheel a couple weeks ago off Ebay.
It runs wonderfully!! people say its just like T-maxx.
the problem: where can i get parts?? help!!

hey,i just bought a smartech winner sports buggy,and would like to know how your smartech is doing ,has anything broke on it,if so how was getting replacement parts.Oh yeh,did your truck come already broke in or did you have to tune it yourself?I will post next week with the results of my new two speed buggy.

SmarTech makes some pretty good stuff, but the problem is they don't really give you much support. Remember theiir parts are at excelhobby.com but with my truck they copied the t-maxx almost exactly. So guess what, I order Traxxas parts for itI've had this for awhile though and I'm thinking about getting a T-maxx 2.5....

Tuning was very easy for this smt engine (whoever they are) I have'nty had a problem with my buggy yet.And engine has nice power for a 1/10 scale buggy.Till next time.

Hi, excelhobby is out of business now for like 2 years. i recently tried rc world www.rcworld.us they have parts for all smartech vehicles. price is ok, but shipping was fast.

RC WORLD did have parts i was looking for, but i was looking for the new 1/8 smartech vanguard parts. rc world said these parts are on order, so if they get them, they will pretty much have all the parts i need

In response to looking for Vanguard parts, from what I have heard and seen, the Vanguard is identical to the Duratrax Raze with the exception of maybe the engine and electronics.
I have compared parts pictures and diagrams and I can see no difference. If you are in dire need of Vanguard parts, you can go to the Duratrax Raze parts page at towerhobbies.

With that being said, one thing I haven't been able to find for my Raze is aluminum suspension arms. Does anyone know if smartech plans on making them for the Vanguard?

does anyone know where i can get a smartech 2 channel FM reveiver? the item number is 30133rx.

i searched the web but could not find that receiver.
