Kyosho MP6 setup sheets

Hi all, does anyone out there have any of the following setup sheets:

KYOC0545setup.pdf
KYOC0545-setup-kanai.pdf
KYOC0537-amilon-german.pdf
KYOC0537-henry-freedom.pdf
KYOC0537-henry-silver.pdf
KYOC0537-kanai-servgakyou.pdf

They are (were) on the Kyosho site, but the links are now broken. Oh and if
anyone has any others, that would be handy also. I'd like to see how other
people have setup their Inferno's as I have just bought an MP6...
