Am I the only one or do the planes in realflight seem too stable. What do you suggest?

Add some wind and gusts and thermals.

The heli people think the sim is too squirrely.

Actually. the heli's in my opinion feel too stable also. It makes it seem very easy to fly. I have no complaints though, the G2 is the best I've tried and really helps keep me fresh and keep the rust off.

... that was the reason for me to sell my g2 and get a reflex. the difference is dramatic. if g2 ever wants to be that good they have a long way to go. simon

Hi, what's the reflex?? How much and where can I get it? I'm assuming it's another sim...?

ooops - reflex (http://www.reflex-sim.com) is a product from germany sold by hobbico or towerhobbies. a little puristic in sceneries but phantastic on flight equation and model display quality. y can even make your own models from real pics. did not try yet but lot of users seem to have fun with it. costs a little more than g2 in the first place but as the models are free the extra cost is more than justified considering the price of add-on 1-4. That reflex guy is around in some bb's giving very good support if needed. in fact, there is not much as the product is a lot more "grown-up" than others. no funny xp stories or interface probs. simon

My real Raptor 30 is a lot more stable in hover than RFG2's.

I feel the helicopters are little to touchy. I think some expo would be nice any of you know how to do this.

Dereck: welcome to rc groups.
iirc, it's in the radio set up options.........gregg

Like Gregg said but that's only if you are using the "Software Radio" meaning the RF box or some other joystick controller. If you are using a Tx adapter, any expo has to be set in the Tx. Software Radio is the menu entry right under Select Aircraft and is saved with the particular airplane.

Please be advised (unless a later version has corrected it) the expo number in the software radio has to be positive not negative as is normal. It's a bug.

I'm not sure it's really a bug ;). Perhaps it just thinks it's a JR radio rather than a Futaba. That's the way expo works on JRs IIRC.
