It's a great idea...may need to run this by Will at Foamfloats.com. See what he'd recommend for float size. Gotta admit.....it'd be a great plane for it.

I've just finished the BN-2 Test flight this Saturday (weather permitting)

That plane is a natural for floats. Mount them on two brackets attached to the bottom of the fuselage. Floats length would be 75% of fuselage length.
Would make a great camera plane.
