Dear All,
I was using an EXERGEN IR thermometer for my RC engine, and a RayTek
for non-contact & instant temperature measurement in my Lab.
After reading a Review report on" Xtreme RC Car, 2003 Aug". They give
9 point to a new gadget from www.TempGun.com .
I ordered one set, amazingly low price US$35.

I can't believe the price and the dimension
(you can put 2 TempGun in your shirt pocket, it's as small as the 9V
battery of RayTek!),

so I compare the temperature reading of the TempGun against my
precision OMEGA Thermocouple & Platinum Thermometer (in my Lab).
The accuracy is as good as those $100-$200 model.

I believe the maker is doing some revolution in the infrared
thermometer industry.
Well, now this gadget is in my shirt pocket, go everywhere with me.

FYI.
