if you scroll down at section titled hydrodynamics look for highlighted letters ( km ) saw this on the wings channel .they first detected via spy photos and named it -the caspian sea dragon .
biggest thing in the air at the time service ceiling 200', cruise at 50' and yes people are building models, i belive mostly for
research. i normally hang around slope/thermal forums.
