I'm surprised it flies at all.
My attempts were miserable failures.. but I kept closer to scale. And it was a glider.
Speed is a must with that thing.

the Tom Hunt nitestick actually flies fairly well....once you get the cg right:D I need to get around to building another one, used way too light wood in the first one, and it didnt turn out very durable!

We just got my Dad's Nitestick flying. CG was part of the problem, the other was that it really wanted an 8-cell HECELL pack. We're still playing with it but now that I've gotten a few flights with it, I must say it's fun.

F117 will go from almost rotate to dead stop in a
rabbit catcher web in about 2 seconds. Wheels on fire
and front end (well it needed attention)
Flys and lands faaaast.....
Watch some victory flights over Kuwait City might
change your mind.....

"With enough speed even a brick will fly."
I've thrown....uh....flown a brick or two in my time. They generally don't fly as far as I'd like them to though. ;)

This F-117 is no brick ready to fly it has a 7 oz wing loading
It will Not tip stall you can pitch it up 35degreas and hold it
There with the power on and it will slow almost to a stop
I have hovered it in a light breeze the roll rate is crisp
Inside and out side loops inverted flight is stable with ¼ down
Elevator what more do you want
All of the talk about the F-117 being a hand full to fly only applies
To the true scale models with a nose mounted engine as a pusher
This F-117 fly’s great.

From the large video, it sure looks it does fly fine...
So many planes, so little time...

I am glad to here that someone else
has good things to say about the
F-117 not needing a $1,000,000
computer to fly

Bobs F117N is a good example.
The infamous Steve Neil had one going a few years
ago, never asked him what became of it.
Just for reference Fred DCRC, Sparky Paul is Lockheed
retiree. I worked in the F117 program for a long time.
Bob Reynolds is the only electric F117 I know of that
flys...
