GWS Beaver on Floats = Lottsa fun!!

I've got a Beaver that I can just about fly out of my 24' round pool stock. Wonder if a brushless motor would pull that critter out of there in less than 20'???

The plane is a blast to fly off of farm ponds in the area and it would be nice to fly at the house off of our vinyl pond!

I'd be interested to know if that works. I'm just starting a Lupo conversion for my pool, my Acro Bipe on floats didn't quite work :( Sure was cute though!

A friend of mine has the beaver with a 2015 5400 it rog on the pavement in 2 fett to an immediate vertical as long as he wants. It will tog (take off grass) with no rollout at all it just goes vertical instantly. Really cool! He had that plane on floats stock and it was ok now he will do an e-starter. see ya!
