TT39 front bearing leak.

Gents

My V2 Raptor has recently developed what I think is a bad leak from the
engine front bearing. I'm sure its leaking from there and being sprayed
everywhere by the underside of the fan. Is this common and once repaired
what can I do to avoid it? Can't think of ever running it lean, but I may be
wrong.

not only on TT39,others do that too,my os46fx (plane) does it for example.
