allright,well i bought a duratrax intelli-speed 8 turn pro esc and a trinity P-94 12 turn motor.took it out to the closest parking lot and let er rip.....nothing drastic,yes it is faster but not by much! maybe 6mph faster.i was hoping like it would do 30 or so at leist! i have a kyosho ep ultima rb sports buggy.what esle can i do to it? get a 8 turn motor?

Ok dude! You might need to get new bearings! If your old ones are shot they will cause friction and thus slow the car. You might olso need to adjust the throttle trim on you remote, that might help. If these things dont work either get a 8 or 9 turn motor and go from there! Or get a new car!!!!:p

hey kyosho dude!!! its great so see a guy around heer that likes kyosho rc cars!!! i dont think it would be my bearings..though i will try and get them cheched out.but ya,im definitally getting a 8 or 9 turn motor soon.id like the get something like a D5 but thats a lot of cash.thinking of a trinity speed gem....9 turn,they are like 30 bucks.oh and also,my P-94 has ajustable timing....i got it used but it was used hardly at all,whats a good setting for something like this? how wouls i know where to set it?also..what about aluminum parts?im about to get some custom made cause i cant find them anywhere.ANY help would help!Thanks

oh ya...what kind of kyosho car(s) do you have?

two things ... Lighten up (your car that is ) and think about your gear ratio. you may need to change it. one more thing make sure you have low electrical resistance i.e short as posssible wires to your motor and esc and from your batt to the esc.

I have a rc10t3 with a super rooster and trinity 9turn. you need ball bearings instead of those bushings, a new pinion gear and would consider a high- powered battery. (breaking in the moror helps)

If you want insane speed,definatly get BEARINGS,and get a brushless setup,YOu will be pleased :)
