Another Customer Service Problem

Hello,

I purchased a Hitec Shredder AM 2 Channel Reciever from Hobby People. Installed it into a wing and found that channel two would not work. I sent the receiver into Hitec 6 weeks ago and have not heard anything back from Hitec.

What can I do to follow up on the status of my receiver?

Have you tried calling Hitec?

Tried yesterday but they close at 4:30 pm, try again today. OK called and got customer service, they had the receiver and the tech will examine it later this week. Thanks HITEC sorry for the rap your service is great!!! Now if I could just get a working receiver back!
