High-end Technology Holland is proud to announce that it has started with the production of sensor-less brush-less motors and Sensor-less brush-less electronic speed controller. Motors and controllers will come available end of October beginning of November.
The motors use high-grade neodym magnets ( no ring magnet like CD-ROM motor they perform only a little better than ferrite magnets. These types of magnets suffer form magnetic imbalance. ). Our first motors will be the out-runner types and are a good substitute for the B20S size motors with reduction gear. Our next motor will be a good substitute for the B20L with reduction gear. Our motors can swing large propellers without gear-drive.
Motors will be shown at the Chicago show in September. We plan to have the combo ready for the Las Vegas show in October.
Now our speed controller, it is a sensor-less brush-less programmable controller the will work with all commercially available brush-less sensor-less motors from 2-14 pole. The software automatically senses the correct firing angle and adjusts to the correct angle. Our small controller shown in the pictures weighs without wires 4 grams and can handle 6-10 cells or Lipo’s and continues Amp draw of 10 amps with sufficient cooling. The ESC has 6 modes from which one is a Helicopter mode( fix RPM). It has soft/hard brake soft –start cut-off overload protection. All these features can be programmed. Software updates are easy.
We will produce different size controllers.
Pricing is not available now but we can assure you that a combo will be in everybody’s league.

nice. can you provide motocalc numbers so that we can run the calculations? or any benchtest data available? also, max amps/volts for these motors, continuous and pulse?

The data I show now was produced by Ulf Herder
from a famous german company.
Here his reply to me.
Christian is today evening at my home and we have mesured the prototyp ofthe new small M273/6/19D.
Christian had not the correct size of the magnets: 5x5x1.5 SH38 instead of 5x6x1.5 SH38
We were surprised about the good results.
The results are in the attached file., before open it take a good beer and enjoy these good results.
With the correct magnet size the current will reduced by about 25% and the rpm droppes about 9%.
Messdaten Versuchsmotor 5mm Magnetlänge SH38 mit future-9.12e:

6.5 10.4 7065
7.0 11.7 7450
Note we didn't have the right magnets because they were not
ready. In 4 weeks all test will be ready and than we will know the
correct # of windings and thickness. he motor now is performing
above expectation.

I forgot to mention that the mounting of the motor can be reversed, the shaft can be pulled out after loosening 2 set screws
in the rear plate. So that you can mount the motor to a firewall
or bulkhead.

[i].....Too bad you'll never see it legally in the US, as US law forbids the import of any product of Chinese Prison camps.... I guess thats ethics for you.....
Steve [/B]
Erm Steve, what makes you think that these motors are made in Chinese prison camps ? (am I missing something ?)

The manufacturer has neither confirmed nor denied the prison camp story
Possibly because the question itself was rediculous?

Best to be absolutely sure i'd say...
Or at least obtain accurate and verifiable information before posting reckless and actionable accusations?
