is there a way to lock the diff in a t3.
I think I may have found a solution. I took the balls out of the gear and reassembled the diff halfs , tightening the screw all the way down. It does seem to lock but there is some slip if you crank on it . by the way I kept the rings on the diff halfs. I have shimed the diff on the left side to keep it in line with the other gears .Note: I have shimed all the gears in the tranny to run without side to side slop , So needless to say that if you attempt this mod you will have to shim accordingly. I still have not installed the tranny in yet , but am hoping that it will work and will put power to the ground. If you feel you want to try this TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK . Good luck.
