Hi,
I finally got the 401 combo for my Shuttle ZXX but after reading the
manual I have some questions about mounting the gyro and servo. The
flat area behind the fuel tank is where the Shuttle manual tells you to
mount the gyro but I have some concerns about mounting it there. I
would think you would have trouble seeing the LED lights on the sensor
and making any adjustments with a small screwdriver would be difficult.
Also it wouldn't be the recommended 10 cm away from the engine. I can't
seem to find a better location so I was wondering if this is where it
should be mounted on a Shuttle? Can I put the 9253 servo up front where
the existing T/R servo is? It appears there may be a clearance problem
with the middle aileron servo because of the longer servo arm that is
required. I read somewhere that you should use a servo wheel which I
think will cause a clearance problem. I'm hoping it can be mounted here
because I'm trying to avoid the added cost of mounting it on the
tailboom.
This will probably be a few of many questions to follow so thanks in
advance for any help and guidance.

P.S. I posted this question last night but when I checked tonight for
responses I got an error message saying the message had expired. This
has happened before after only 1 day,any ideas.
