One could build a wood framed model. I have plans from the 30's for a rubberpowerd ship about that size. Problem is the plans show it filled with Hydrogen. It would have to be twice as big to lift with helium.

you dont know of any kits?Im sure this is a silly question, but Im not sure exactly what hydrogen is,I mean If their is a kit would I be able to use/buy/get hydrogen? Is the only fear, like if I float over a open flame?Or will it explode if I bump in the wall or something?LMK

Hydrogen and Helium are two lighter than air gasses. Hydrogen is lighter (better) than Helium but is very very explosive. Try searching the Internet for Zeppelin and Lakehurst, there's a very good reason people use Helium these days.
