Until last week, I had never sent anything in anywhere for service. I just would like to know what I should expect of Hitec's well-respected service department.
Should I expect a phone call or email when they receive the broken item? When they begin work on it? Only if there is a problem that needs clarification?
What about when the item is returned to me, any communication? Or am I going to have a happy surprise waiting for me when I check the mail in a few weeks?
