Do you have the proper Interlink interface? If so then I'm sorry I'm useless
to ya. If not then that's why. The driver specifically runs that interface,
it doesn't talk to the Gameport.

The way to do it in XP.
First of all.
Insert the Futabadummybox in the usb port.
XP will find it as HID. (Human inteface device)
Then:
Install G2 WITHOUT starting the simulator.
At Realflight Control Panel, go online registration, then you will get
access to the update.
Update to latest versjon, currently 2.00.637, then you can start the
simulator and everything works.
If you don't have the original product key (beeing a pirate, aye captain
one-legged-eye-patch-beast)
Then you would have to e-mule for the update.
But if you are a Pirate-kinda-guy, I don't know how to solve the
interfacepart, cause I've got the original stuff.

I'm using the old version of the controller as well... and XP. I found the
only way of doing this was to update the program to the newest version - as
suggested, through registering so you are then granted access to the
updates. BTW - if you have a joystick installed on your computer, it will
behave VERY erratically with the G2 controller installed when you next use
it in a game or simulator. To cure this, delete the Realflight controller
from 'Game Controllers' found in Control Panel and then run your game.
Don't panic, the nesxt time you run G2, it takes all of four seconds for the
driver for the TX to be reinstalled!
