Im also looking for a tiny ESC with reverse. Prefferably WITHOUT lowvolt cutoff. Im looking for something that can take 8cells and around 10 amps.

Novak SPY with reverse or the Novak Micro GT without reverse.I have the Spy in my MRS4 and it works great!

Perhaps one that doesnt require a wallet the size of canada? :P Its actually because I need 2 of em. (I need to create tankdrive).

Only the Novak Spy and the LRP Micro will give you a "pause" between forward and reverse. And only the LRP Mirco has a strong breaking action (the spy break is rather weak)
If you don't need these things, there I think Blue Bird or some company like that makes ESC for planes with reverse but no break.

I have been using the Team Orion Flash on my HPI micro with very good results. I also use this same ESC on a 1/72nd scale German Schnellboote with twin motors without any problems.

Heheh, its quite a bitch to navigate that german stuff. :P Ive been looking around on there, but none of the esc seems to have the "balls" to take on a speed280.

Towerhobbies seems to have some perty interesting bidirectional ESC's, but they sell em as spare parts for some boats, so they dont cough up specs. :( The search continues. ;)

German narrowly missed becoming our official language in the continental congress - btw.

So thats why those germans are so damn ignorant about english, heheh. I hate theire urge to dub every piece of video..

Anyway, knockoff the german thing. :P I guess we have to be ontopic and stuff.

I did NOT want to read that. :P Im hungry.

But still, its proving quite hard to get your hands on an ESC thats especially suited for making a speed280 go bi-directional.

Ummm, why doesn't the Team Orion Flash fill the bill again?
