Ok Guys and Gals,

Here's the deal, I have posted a few questions at this thread:
http://monster.traxxas.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=171896

But now it runs for 3 secs and cuts out...The LHS guy told me to send it
back to Traxxas...but as I contemplate this, I remember on Sunday the LHS
guy was running it great all around the parking lot...Could it be out of
tune that quick? It ran there at about 3pm and when I got to run it at
home, about 5pm. it ran for a minute or so and the rear wheel came off so I
put the wheel on and it wont run for more than 3 seconds...I brought it back
to the LHS, HobbyTown USA in Brandon, Florida, but they wouldnt fix it.
Another LHS told me they would look at it for about $20.00...does this sound
like a problem that needs to go to Traxxas or another LHS?

I called Traxxas yesterday after the visit to the LHS and they asked what
kind of car, and what engine...When I said the 2.5 the guy told me to send
it back, he didnt even try to help diagnose the problem...

I understand Traxxas makes 1000's of RC cars a day and that I just may have
1 in a million that has a problem, but I would like to try to figure out
what the problem is. HobbyTown told me they could change the carborator for
$20 and if that didnt work, they would change some O-Ring and I would have
to pay for each part, even if it didnt work...I have bought 4 glow plugs
from them, because they keep saying its the glowplug...I asked them to
exchange my car, i have only had it for about 15 days, and they said they
dont do exchanges...Of those 15-20days, it has been to the shop about 10
times...

So after this long post, I just want everyone's opinion on what to do.

Thanks,

Shane

I don't have the 2.5 I have the older engine but I heard the new one is tougher
to tune. I think you should send it back to traxxas, They'll hook you up. The
Hobbytown should have swapped it for you though I think. But that's just my 2
cents worth.
