Brake not working very well.

My sailplane's prop (2M Mefisto) will unfold and spin at any speed above a slow cruise. It is currently set in the default mode.

Controller is a Pheonix-45
Motor is a Kontronik combo-200
Prop is an APC 13x7 folder

PS:I have several of your Phenix-10s. The one Jetti 6-amp controller I use has a much more effective brake also when used with the same motor/prop combo.

From the default mode, you need to program either option 2 (hard brake delayed) or option 4 (hard brake no delay) in the brake programming section (section 3).

You'll see a MUCH improved brake response from both controllers.

When I saw "Direct drive applications" in the instructions I kept away from it.

I will try it out and get back to the thread with the results. :)
