When I first got my P10 and Razor micro heli together, they worked fine and started very smoothly. After a few hours use, I now have to jump to about 1/4 throttle to get a smooth start, otherwise, I hear a loud nashing sound until I bump the throttle up some. The motor is in a GWS gearbox, which turns freely. This is not a real problem, but it didn't used to do this. I could originally advance the throttle as slowly as I wished, and the motor would start when it got enough clicks of throttle. Now, a slow advance of throttle gives the nashing sound, so I just jump to 1/4 or so, then back down a bit. Would I gain anything by reprogramming? Rearming doesn't change anything. All connections are solid, no crashes on this one yet, no overheating or other symptoms. Thanks for any ideas.

Patrick, can you take a stab at this for me please? You've always been good at diagnosing things like this!

Hmm -- the controller shouldn't change behavior over time ... have you reprogrammed it to different settings?

nope, have not reprogrammed it, although I did run through the programming tonight, to try different timing advances. Still doesn't let me throttle up too slowly, but its no problem to jump up a few clicks to smooth it out. Sometimes, a jump to about 7-8 clicks will start it smoothly, sometimes not. It makes a horrible sound if I try to start at the lowest throttle possible, so I just won't do that anymore. Seems to be a minor difference in razor startup vs the 010s I'm used to. Thanks for checking in!
