plans need for V-Tail

I am looking for plans to build just the V-tail. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The method of construction depends on the type of tail mount. The type of tail mount depends on the type of fuselage structure. The type of tail construction depends on the type of plane and its size. The type of structure depends on the purpose for wanting a V-tail. The area and angle of the V-tail depends on the wing span, wing area, wing chord, tail moment arm length and the type of controls the plane will be equipped with. The type structure depends on the construction technology you are familiar with and are tooled for. The type of structure depends on the effort you are willing to make to gather the materials and build it.

In model design almost everything depends on almost everything else.
