Does anyone have 3 view or plans for this unique delta wing homebuilt. I saw one at Oshkosh a couple of years ago and have wanted to model it ever since. Thanks.

Hi

Welcome to RC Groups.

I confess that I'd never heard of this one, but Google has come up trumps with a smallish 3 view and some pictures from a French site devoted to homebuilt aircraft.

Should be a very interesting project- good luck and keep us posted.

Hope that helps

Thanks Brian. I had difficulty with the link but did the Google search and found the same location - even translated it for me.

I have no idea where such things as the CG would be on this project but though about building a smaller disposable quickie to test that out. Since the wingspan is only 22' this would make a good 1/4 scale project if it can be flown. I understand the full size one is a bear to fly.

Again, thanks for the lead.

Phil

RC Modeler magazine has plans available. Go to www.rcmmagazine.com and click on the RCM Plans button. Then go to scale/sport scale and scroll way down. Good luck, Chad Veich.

Thanks Chad. Would you believe that I had a copy of the April 2002 RCM and had that plan circled? Thanks for pointing me back to it. I never thought to search RCM plans for this. DUH!

I have been in and out of RC for over 25 years. After a long hiatus I'm back in. I ressurected an old plane, put in a new Futaba, and flew it several times in the last week. I found that I still have trouble landing - surprise! Also, I switched from Mode 1 to Mode 2. This didn't present a problem after much practice with Real Flight.

Attached is a snapshot of a Mickey Moustang I built from RCM plans many years ago. It flies great - like a pattern plane.

Thanks again,
Phil
