What is the best way of setting up the fuel and air mixtures on a TT50,
after flying for about 5 mins the engine seem to lose power and struggles to
gain enough revs, sometimes even to hover

If it was fixed wing I'd say it was starting to cook. Try richening the
mixture a 1/4 turn and see what happens. Keep doing this until the engine
runs fine. Also you might try adding nitromethane...you dont say whether
you use it. 10 to 20% seems to be good...it cools the engine and adds revs.
Dont ask me how...white mans magic.
FWIW I use 10%.

If there's not much smoke then you may be running too lean. When it gets
to the stage where you're losing power, stop the engine and feel the
backplate. If it's too hot to touch then it's running too lean. Unscrew
the mixture control 1/2 - 1 turn. Aim to richen up the mixture until the
motor is breaking into four-stroke, then lean out slightly.
