Hi Mike, I've just got a Hanger 9 Funtana S and it calls for "standard" servos. I'd like to save a little weight and I'd like your opinion on using the Hitec 225BB servo in this aplication. It has plenty of torque, but how rugged is the gear train? Will it stand up to those large control surfaces pretty well?
Thanks, Dave chewning

I would go with the metal geared version, the nylon gears are marginal for that application.

If you really want to fly that airplane to its full potential then I would recommend the HS-5245MG digitals! :)

Mike.

Thanks Mike, The pilot (hmmm, that would be me) won't be able to fly the plane to it's full potential no matter what equipment is put in there. :D , Dave Chewning
