phoenix 35 question [Archive]

I have a phoenix 35 ESC to power a mega 16/15/4
battery is a 2S2P 3300 Kokam pack
when i run my motor to about half throtle there is a red led that flashes on my ESC
when i open the throttle further it stays red (not flashing anymore)
Does anyone know what this means?

Anatak: The solid LED means that you have hit full throttle.

Just got myself a Castle ESC, 36 and after setting up my plane, SuperTigre .01, 3C lipo 1320 mAh, I noticed after it was on for 2 to 3 minutes, a single beep is heard.... and continues with 3 minute intervals between.
Anybody know what this is????

That is the "on" warning...just to let you know you have power applied. You can de-program it if you want to.
