I am planning on running a Phoenix 10 on an Astro 010 with up to 4 servo's, GWS Pico's or HS55's, on 3 LiPoly's. Is there any concern for the BEC in this application? I just want to make sure that the system will work before constructing the wing for 2 servo's. I can build it with 1, but I wanted the flapperon capability.

Mike,

Technically, it is beyond the specs of the controller - BUT the heli guys have been doing it for quite a while now with good results.

The HS55's are a slightly lower load on the BEC than the pico's are, and I'd use them if you have the choice.

But with 3 Pico's it should be just fine, right?

Even w/4 pico's you should be OK, the Hitecs are a bit easier on the BEC though.
