While at SEFF I was having a intermittent problem with my Mega/Castle powered Zagi and the Patrick agreed to take a look and was able to quickly diagnose a connector problem. After I was able to scrounge up everything to resolder the connector we found that the ESC was now not working at all. Patrick walked over to the table and handed me a NIB ESC.
Between the loan of the solder and Patrick's help I made it into the Saturday Zagi competition and survived with no damage. No questions asked by them and now no questions asked by me when I need to buy ESC's.

Yes I have to agree, although I have np personal experience with patric, they have been very responsive to my questions as well as i have seen many that feel the same as yourself.
Makes me happy to be waiting for a prod that will apply to my hobbie (Micro cars) and have the CC name.

Thanks for the praise guys!
We work very hard to keep you all in the air and happy!
SEFF was great again this year, and we really do appreciate any/all feedback we get from everyone at events.

Havy,
We're continuing to "test" (he he he) the micro car stuff - hang on to your shorts, it's gonna be cool!
(how do you get peel-out marks out of carpet? Patrick's gonna kill me...)

May...then June....then july...now August...
I am looking to buy around 8 combo's from CC (if they will carry the Razor Micro motor)....and I would like to know what the issues are....
Thanks
If you would like to continue this conversation in private..please email me @ jwyant@unitedrc.com

The issue is simply time.
We're working on a number of new products right now, and in fact - the entire reason I'm here with Castle is to free up Patrick and let him engineer while I take over PR, tech support, marketing, and various other things that historically have gotten him out of the "design dungeon".
There are some brilliant things in his pretty head, and I couldn't be happier freeing him up to let them out for all of us to play with!

Yes...that is much appreciated....but what i was wanting to know...is that since dealers should be in the loop of what the "time" factor is, what is TAKING so mych TIME. What part is not working correctly?????
Brake? Reverse?
If it is reverse...i think i might speak for a BUNCH of people, for now, drop the reverse, and get one with prop. brake to work.
Shawn,
Thanks for posting the updates..it is much appreciated! I am really excited about your new line.....its killin' me!

It's not a function of what's not working correctly - it's being tweaked (via software) into the final version very soon. Then it has to be beta tested by a few serious racers, and we collect the feedback data and make final revisions based on the input from the racers. THEN it will be released out.
Simply put, it WORKS - but we want it to WORK THE BEST!

Well,
Shawn, I can REALLY appreciate the great QC on the product...and I know it will be released in perfect condition, but the leakage of the prodcut on the market (being talked about, with release dates) was a huge dissappointment.....but I understand. Keep us (me) up to date! jwyant@unitedrc.com
