Hi Manny.
Well that radio is a particularly good radio and included LOTS of features
in advance of it's time BUT..... it has one major drawback in that it won't
allow for a "V" shaped throttle curve.
Now this COULD be construed as a reason for not buying it, but not in my
opinion, given that governors are cheap as chips and remove the necessity
for a V shped throttle curve. It's a solidly built radio and IIRC it's one
of the few that had/has swashplate timing built into the menu. This allows
the flyer to fine tune the phase angle without resorting to mooving things
on the heli. That feature allows us to make adjustments to stop the heli
screwing in loops and rolls for those not aware of it.
As to value, well it's worth whatever someone's willing to pay for it, but
I'd not go above 200 dollars.
