7.5 K&B OUTBD Tuned Pipe Mod

I'm interested in modifiying my K&B 7.5 OUTBD unit to a tuned pipe. Does anyone have anying information on who sells the pipe and how to perform the mod.

I've done the mod. I removed the powerhead and all of the internals of the lower unit then drilled a radius above the cavitation plate for a smooth transition using a hole saw, one with about a 1-1/2" hole. The next part was easy. I used a hacksaw to cut down to the hole and across the top of the cavitation plate then smoothed it with a flat file.
The water pickup tube will seem to be a problem doing it this way but it's not too bad. I flipped it over and added a small piece of brass tubing to extend into the propwash. I clamped it into place using one of those place clamps like what some use to hold the throttle cable in place.
