I am looling for an inexpensive 2 channel surface radio for a sailboat. I don't need the servos, they were already in the boat. Just the transmitter and receiver. E-mail me with details of what you have please. Thanks, Tom

I only paid $30 for the boat. So the cheaper the better for the radio. Just bought the boat to take on vacation with us in Maine. We rented a cabin right on the lake. I will be flying seaplanes most of the time, but if the wind gets to be to bad for flying, out comes the little sailboat. If it gets to windy to sail, out comes the six pack. Tom

Stefan, let me know when you get home. I will need the battery box and switch harness too. Just don't need the servos, and it must be on either 27 or 75 mhz. Thanks, Tom

We will be staying on Brewer Lake in East Orington, just south of Bangor, and one day we are driving to my buddies camp on Embden Pond near Solon. He flies seaplanes also, so we pray for good weather on that one and only day we can get together. Where are you located. Tom

I live in southern Maine at the moment, down in the Portland region, but during the summer, I usally go out to my family camp up on Sebec, about 45min drive from the Bangor region. I grew up in that area, and I know approx where you will be flying.
I try to get up there on the weekends etc to relax.. do some flying, fishing and see the folks.

My kid sister just lost her husband last year and is pulling up stakes here in NY and moving to Hampden. She bought a small farm house built in 1720 on 5 1/2 acres and is bring her horses out there with her. She loves the place. I haven't been to Maine is 25 years, but what I remember is all good. I especially liked Camden. Wonder if it has changed much? Nice folks living up there. She will be moved in in a few weeks. When we are there we will be spending most of the time with her.
My buddy Russ said there was an outfitter on Moosehead Lake that flew Beavers. We want to go up for a ride in one. Got any info. Tom

Mark, I put it in the Electric For Sale before I realized there even was a Boat For Sale section, so I put it in there too once I found it. You guys won't let us delete our posts like before, so it ended up in both.
Sorry for the inconvenience it might have caused anyone. Mark, could you please delete one of them for me. Thanks, Tom Smith
