Sailing boat scale model /w rc control

I'd like to build RC controlled scale model of some modern sailing boat. I'm
not interested in IOM or Marblehead boats this time as interesting they are.
One good example of what I mean can be found from
http://www.x79.nu/x99.htm which is a 1:7 scale model of X-99 one-design
racer. The X-99 would be quite interesting but there is one problem: There
are no blueprints available so I need some other model. Any suggestions?

I am sure there are blueprints out there.

Try contacting the actual manufacturer of the x-99 and see if they are willing to give, or sell you a set for your model.:D

Tamiya makes a couple very scale boats which also sail well.

Robbe is confined, pretty much, to semi-scale, but they're really pretty.
