This weekend, June 14 and 15, is the 3rd Annual Sardine Regatta. (Not to be
confused with our race at the end of the month).
The Regatta is a gathering of all types of RC watercraft. Last year we had
50 or 60 modelers dropping in a various times over the weekend. Tugs,
submarines, lots of sailboats. A warship combat group is coming in this
year to show us how to sink each other.
We will be doing some fast electric "exhibition" racing. Always a crowd
pleaser.
If you're in the neighborhood of Madison WI, and have an interest in any
area of RC boat modelling, drop.
BTW it is an electric/steam/sail event only.
